1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total and location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs processing.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipping.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, some delays may be outside of our control. If your order is delayed significantly, please contact us at endenique@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.

6. Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at endenique@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Be sure to provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
